What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?

We make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, but occasionally supply is greater than demand. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you and indicate when you can expect to receive it. We will also notify you if something you have ordered becomes discontinued. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and shipping confirmation.

How often can I get my kit shipped to me?

After receiving your introductory kit, you may adjust your auto-delivery frequency to suit your individual usage. We will ship you a new kit approximately every three months, if you don't change your shipment interval. Chat with us or Call us at 1-800-200-3910 to manage your shipment schedule.

Are you able to ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States, including U.S. territories of Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.

How do I return my products?

With our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the return process is straightforward. Simply return the product(s), even if empty, within 60 days of receipt, for a full refund of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). If you received an invoice, please include a copy in the return package and/or ensure that your full name and address are easily readable on the shipping label to the following address:

We suggest that you obtain a Certificate of Mailing from your post office and keep it for your records until your refund appears in your account. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Once the returned products have been received in our system, we will credit your account for the price of the items returned. Refunds will be issued in the manner in which you originally paid (minus shipping and handling). Please allow us 7 business days from the date of receipt to process your refund.

If I want to return the product, will you really give me a refund—no questions asked?

Yes, we stand by our products. If Crépe Erase® fails to meet your expectations, simply return the bottles (even if empty) within 60 days of receipt for a refund of your purchase price, less shipping & handling

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

These are the best emails! You'll receive an email that confirms your order has been successfully processed and is ready to ship. Tracking information will be provided.


How can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, you'd like to make changes or cancel any future orders, please click here to log-in log-in or you can call us at 1-800-200-3910.

If your order is scheduled to ship in the next business day, you may not be able to make changes or cancel that shipment, but you can return your shipment once it's received. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the containers within 60 days of receipt, and you'll get a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling), even if the containers are empty.
