How often can I get my kit shipped to me?

After receiving your introductory kit, you may adjust your auto-delivery frequency to suit your individual usage. You can schedule your subsequent kit to ship every 4 to 20 weeks. How do I return my products?

Once the returned products have been received in our system, we will credit your account for the price of the items returned. Is there sunscreen in any of the products?

Fabulous question. We haven’t been able to formulate a sunscreen ingredient that doesn’t compromise the efficacy of our products. So for now, we highly recommend you protect your skin with a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher every day.

How long before I see results?

Results vary per individual. Your skin didn’t get crepey overnight – even though it might feel like it did. It took years. So be patient with yourself and let the product do its thing.
